Great man, great leader, great physician. His work ethic an inspiration to all. I am a better physician because of his influence and am very saddened by his passing. A brilliant mind, expert diagnostician, he truly did it..... "his way".

Dr. Schwartz was my mentor...He taught me everything I know about medicine. The finest doctor I have ever met.

Taught me about life, hard work and dedication.

Although I have not seen him in years, I still think about him everyday.

God bless you Dr. Schwartz, you will be forever in my prayers.

Smartest Doctor I have EVER met and an honor to be his patient; finding another to replace such a vast knowledge will be extraordinarily difficult.

Dr. Schwartz was my doctor for over 10 years. We drove from Philadelphia to Springfield every visit because he was that good of a doctor. He always listened and truly cared. He changed my life and I will miss him.

Dr. Schwartz had so many wonderful attributes. A dedicated doctor, beautiful artist, compassionate animal lover and could read hormones like no other. I will miss him and be forever thankful for the care he gave me. Rest In Peace Doc.

Wow I cannot believe this he was invincible to me he saved me and truly cared about me he was like a grandfather to me and I'm so sorry I missed the funeral until we meet again and I can tell you how truly grateful I am to have had you in my life for over 5 years and to let you know how much you were greatly admired and appreciated

I am so sorry I was unable to attend the services. I really wanted to be there. He was a good doctor and good person. Thanks for being you Dr. Schwartz. I miss you and your office staff!
