Mister Blevins and I attended the Regional Basic Police Academy together. He was having trouble during firearms phase, so I took him under my wing and helped him get through it. Later, he would try to teach me how to run a buffer up and down the long hallways. I was not nearly as successful in my endeavor as he was! He was always friendly to a fault, and the world is a poorer place without his presence. I'm truly sorry for your loss.

I recognized Mr. Blevins name immediately. I knew his dad growing up in Hamblen County. I'd see Mr. Levi almost daily out and about in the Whitesburg community. I hadn't thought of him in years and seeing his name made me smile remembering him. I'm so very sorry for your loss. Thinking of your family during the days ahead.

What a great guy. I worked with Wayne at BASF for many years before the plant closed. Wayne was a hard worker and a dedicated employee with a great personality. He spoke often of his wife and kids and what a great family he had. He will be greatly missed.
