Ken was a retired teacher and coach from the Hamblen County School System and worked for the Morristown Parks and Recreation Department for 37 years. He is survived by his son, Jeff (Kelley) Haley of Dickson; grandchildren, Chase (Samantha) Haley and Bethani Lankford; great-granddaughters, Emma Carter and Savannah Matlock; great grandsons, Noah and Carter Lankford; sister, Norma Jean Moore; many nieces and nephews; special friends, Hank, Teresa, Aaron and Casey Smith, and Terry West.

The family will receive friends from 12:00 pm – 1:00 pm, Thursday, December 18, 2025, in the East Chapel of Allen Funeral Home. Funeral service will follow at 1:00pm with Reverend Dennis Jones officiating. Interment will follow in Hamblen Memory Gardens.

The family would like to extend special thanks to the staff of The Heritage Center and Smoky Mountain Home Health and Hospice.
