Thinking of you all with sincere sympathy. It was our honor to know Wayne. He will always be remembered for his big laugh and ready humour but even more so for his truly kind and caring heart.
It's hard to find the right words but I have found in time that the memories will bring smiles instead of tears.
Take care.

Lynn and family,
Thoughts and prayers on the passing of Wayne. The Lord must have needed him to be the "bench boss" of his newest hockey team. We sometimes passed each other in the hockey rinks in the area and it was always with a huge smile and a nod of the head. Take care.

Dear Lavinia, Greg, Shelley & Families:

My sincere condolences on the loss of Wayne. I will always have good memories of him as such a teaser. I always remember the parties at Auntie Caroline & Uncle John's when I was a kid - I have to admit that sometimes he'd scare me but I knew it was all in good fun which was typical of Wayne. I know he will sadly be missed. You are all in my thoughts and my heart.
May your hearts soon be filled with wonderful memories of joyful times together as you celebrate a life well lived.

With love, June

My heartfelt sympathy to you all following Wayne's passing. Bea called me last night to inform me. Although your hearts are heavy at this time, hopefully wonderful memories of one of the funniest people I've ever met, who led a life well lived will be comforting. Bea & I shared wonderful stories and laughs from the past that included sitting around Bea & Gord's kitchen table, making cassette tapes to send back to Ontario. As we go through life, we cross paths with many people, some have an impact, some don't. I feel truly blessed to have crossed paths with Wayne, who left an indelible mark on my life. Wayne taught me at an young age that laughter is the best medicine. I still follow that advice all these years later.
My heart is with you all at this time of immeasurable grief,
