Dear Donna and family It is with great sadness that we receive this tragic news, Wayne was such a dear friend whom we loved to add to our family, he was considered a brother, and friend and will be greatly missed, it was always such a pleasure to stop for a visit and I will remember all of our good times in Lloydminster playing ball and hockey, fond memories to reflect on this dear friend. May your sorrows be over shadowed by the many great memories.

My sincere condolences on the loss of so fine a husband and father, and my eternal gratitude for sharing Wayne with so many of us. It was my honour to work with Wayne at Makwa, and some of my fondest memories are of fishing trips and staff get togethers with Wayne. He was a master teacher, and I learned so very much from him, lessons I still share with my students. Know that he still continues to shape and influence the lives of young people as a result of the real impact he has had on all with whom he worked: we learned so very much from him. Thank you, again, so very muc for sharing him with so very many. We are all so much richer for having had him in our lives.
