1958 - 2013
It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Wayne Wilding on March 14, 2013. After a valiant battle with cancer, Wayne passed away peacefully in the arms of his wife, in Florida at the Aventura Hospital. He was determined to spend spring break away with his family as he always did. This time was extra special as his brother and family were there as well. Wayne leaves to mourn his loving wife Kerry, daughters Lauren and Shannon, his greatest pride and joy. He also leaves to mourn his brother Darren (Karen), as well as many nieces, nephews, family and friends. We would like to thank everyone for their kind words and support over the last three and a half years, especially George and cousins, Mike and Sue. Wayne was predeceased by his father Thomas, mother Elsie, brother Warren and sister Donna. Special thanks to Dr. Charlebois, Dr. Matrakos and Dr. Rajan as well as their nursing staff; specifically the oncology and ultrasound departments. Wayne thought you all were amazing. Visitation will take place at Rideau Funeral Home, 4275 boul. des Sources, Dollard-des-Ormeaux, Qc 514-685-3344 on Thursday, March 21 from 2 pm to 5 pm and from 7 pm to 9 pm. A private service to follow at a later date. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the Montreal General Hospital c/o Oncology department.

Kerry & Family,
My husband Lenny Lee lost his battle with cancer last May. We met Wayne at the Montreal General Hospital a few times while Lenny was having chemo. Wayne was an inspiration to us every time we met him and he gave us both hope at a time when we really needed it. Please know that Wayne's kind words really meant alot.
