Wendy Clark Obituary

Published by Legacy Remembers on Aug. 12, 2024.
On August 11, 2024, Wendy Clark passed away peacefully after an 11-year battle with breast cancer, leaving behind a legacy of love, wisdom, and cherished memories. Born on May 8, 1958, Wendy Clark was a beloved wife, mother, sister, and grandmother.

Wendy is survived by her loving family including her husband, Rick Clark, her daughter, Molly Craigwell, her son, Alex Clark, and her sweet grandchildren, Maya and Mav Craigwell. We will remember her most for her calm and caring demeanor, her strength in the face of adversity, her confident stride, and her brilliant mind.

Wendy spent her time taking care of others and had an immense passion for her dog-walking business. She was always seen cheering deeply and loudly at her daughter's sports events. Not only was she there cheering for her daughter, but she was seen cheering on all of her teammates too. She had a comforting and nurturing presence, always ready to lend a listening ear or share words of encouragement. Her patience and understanding were boundless, often reflected in the advice she imparted to family and friends. Wendy always insisted on not worrying about the small daily distractions in life, instead encouraging everyone around her to focus on the bigger picture and the finer things in life.

Wendy's greatest accomplishments were not measured by material success or professional accolades. She considered her true accomplishments to be her family - her children and grandchildren. Seeing them grow, learn, and become individuals with their own paths, brought her immeasurable joy and pride.

In her last days, Wendy was surrounded by the love of her life, her children and grandchildren, and her very dear cousin Lisa who was there for every single appointment for the past 11 years and by her side through it all.

Wendy Clark will be fondly remembered and greatly missed by the many hearts she touched throughout her lifetime. Her spirit will live on through her family, continuing to inspire and guide them as they cherish their memories of her. We celebrate her life, honor her passing, and keep her in our hearts for all time.
