Passed away at Warwick Hospital on 9th October 2014 aged 75 years.
Loving Mum to Matthew and Sarah and
much loved Grandma to Erin, Oliver and Rosie.
Wendy fought a very brave battle and
will be missed by her family and friends.
Funeral Service at Oakley Wood Crematorium at
12.15 pm on 23rd October 2014. Family flowers only. Donations to Parkinson's Disease UK can be
given at the service or c/o W Goodwin & Sons,
38 Coventry Street, Southam, CV47 0EP.
