Wes, it is hard to believe it has been 13 years since you left us. You are still missed. Hardly a day goes by that I don't think of you and all we did together. And more important, I think of the things left undone. Miss you my friend.

The staff at the Racine County Detention Center was very sad to hear the news of Wes' s passing. Wes had been coming to our facility to interview prospective clients for the Norris Center for years. He was upbeat and always had a smile on his face. The staff only had short visits with Wes when he was here but it was always a pleasure to talk with him. Wes will surely be missed. May God bless Wes's wife, sons, and family.

Dear Terry,
I just read about Wes' passing. Although I didn't know your husband well, whenever I saw him he always had a smile on his face. He seemed genuinely happy. I am so sorry for your loss. God bless you and your sons.

You're now at peaceful rest,

He took the very best.

Wes,
Words do not come easy to express my feelings. You were a great friend and a confidant for many years. I will always treasure the moments we spent together. Not only were you a great son, husband and father, you were also a wonderful Godfather to Samantha and friend to our family. We miss you, love you and will never forget you.
