I took several of Wes's classes at the San Jac South Campus. He was near the end of his teaching career then. It was apparent to me that he was not there for the money; he loved teaching and interacting with the students. I saw him again many years after I had passed the Houston exam and took the opportunity to greet him and thank him for his efforts in educating me. He thanked me, and immediately credited his wife (who was standing there with him) with his success and his ability to be a good teacher. This kind of humility and thoughtfulness is not something that one remembers to do in the heat of the moment, but one borne of deep principle and faith. He is a man that I will remember with respect and fondness. I extend to his family my deepest sympathies.

My sympathy to family and friends, May the assurances of God's love and provisions to be reunited in the future in joyous Paradise conditions for mankind by God's righteous Kingdom rule bring you comfort. Jeremiah 29:11.
