Willa Wininger RogersWilla Wininger Rogers, 65, of 1060 Beason Road in Orangeburg, S.C., died Wednesday, Dec. 19, 2007, at Carolina Health and Rehab in Columbia, S.C.Services are Saturday at 3:30 p.m. at Bethany Baptist Church in Orangeburg with the Rev. Steve Scott officiating.Burial will be in the Bethany Baptist Church Cemetery. Active pallbearers will be her grandchildren and some close friends.She was born June 9, 1942, in Alabama, the daughter of the late Oscar Damen Wininger and the late Maureen Oliver Wininger. She was a member of Bethany Baptist Church and retired as office manager from Cameron Cotton Seed.Survivors include four children, Angela L. Davis of Neeses, S.C.; Avis L. Swanson of Newhart, Del.; Alondaus L. Rogers of Dalton and April L. Hilton of Chapin, S.C.; eight grandchildren; two brothers, Carlton Benton Wininger and William Wininger, both of Dalton.Friends may call at the residence of Charles Davis Jr. at 147 Lower Cherokee Road in Neeses and at Thompson Funeral Home Inc. in Orangeburg.
