My sympathy to the family. I just learned of your loss. My dad, Marvin Sontag, worked with Bill for many years and considered him a close friend.

My sincerest condolences to Barbara and her family. While sad to learn of his passing, I salute and celebrate "Billy's" life and achievements. His record of military and civil service is remarkable. I have wonderful memories of our years together as part of the large crowd of teens who comprised the "youthful society of QV/QVW/Ravenswood" during the 1950s and 60s. No doubt his family life as Husband, Father, Grandfather and Brother gave him great joy. Rest In Peace my friend.
