William Ballou Obituary
Bill graduated from Keene High School before attending the University of New Hampshire. His professional journey was marked by significant achievements, including his role as Chief Financial Officer at Arthur Whitcomb and Frank Whitcomb's. He later co-founded Cold River Bridges in Walpole, NH, with Jim Hollar, and upon retiring, he ventured into R&B Construction in Florida.
Throughout his life, Bill was surrounded by family who cherished him deeply. He is survived by his daughters, Candy Ballou, Tania Bourassa and her husband Nathan, and Sarah Dunton and his son in-law Justin Dunton; his sister Dr. Mary Ballou; Susan Grine and her husband John, and his sisters-in-law Jessie Ballou; his grandchildren, Dakota Ballou, Damien and Mya Dunton, and Ethan and Emily Bourassa; his former wife, Christine Ballou; along with numerous nieces and nephews. Bill was preceded in death by his parents, Ruth Weston Ballou and Dr. James M. Ballou Sr., and his brother, Dr. James M. Ballou II.
A memorial service will be held Oct 18th at the inverness Country club at 2-4 pm and at the United Church of Christ in Keene NH November 15 at 2pm.

To my Ballou family, I'm so sorry for your loss. Bill had a magnetic personality that brought happiness and laughter with him wherever he went. I have many fun memories from my childhood with my cousin Bill. He had to rescue me from the treehouse at his parent's home, after first shoving me up into it! Bill was the first to show me how to shoot a rifle at a target. He didn't warn me it would knock me off my feet! Bill was always a friend. Always a champion. He will be greatly missed. Rest in peace, cousin.
