My father, Tony Moses, and your dad were old friends and I always loved him. Billy dated Hart our neighbor and I hung out with them growing up because they were FUN. And your dad was hilarious. He loved Mississippi State like my father and I´m sure they´re ringing cowbells in heaven together.

I met Billy at his birthday party last year at the facility where he lived. Amanda outdid herself decorating the outside patio area, and about 20 people were in attendance. She did an amazing job and it looked so festive ! Amanda had asked me to bring my dog to the party because Billy loved dogs. I brought Saint, and also a bag of treats. When I arrived, I gave the treats to Billy, and told him that he could give Saint treats whenever he felt like Saint earned it. I had never seen a faster friendship! Billy had the cutest smile on his face as he just kept slipping Saint some treats. Saint diligently sat next to his wheelchair, until the treats were gone.
Amanda, you were such an amazing daughter to your father. You gave him such love, kindness, grace and dignity as you took care of him. I know he is smiling down on you from heaven, and will be your new guardian angel. I'm very thankful that he had you to take such good care of him. My deepest and sincerest condolences to you, Amanda, and the rest of your family. May God bless and keep you all
