William Henry Bertrand

Bill's memory is not forgotten at his beloved Optimist Youth Homes & Family Services. He was a true friend to all of us staff and board alike.

With all the great things Bill has done the most important was he was a good friend.

Bill was the epitome of sincerity and professionalism, and I will miss him personally along with his wit and humor. My sincere condolences on the passing of his life here on Earth.

Was fortunate enough to know this great man who I respect greatly. His dedication to education, the community, and most of all his family was just the best. I will miss him as will so many. I know he is looking down on us with love.

I was honored to teach with Bill at John Muir, and then taught under his administration at Burbank High School He was a dedicated teacher and a fair and hard working principal. He will be missed. Clyde Richards
