Dear Della and family:
Bill was an outstanding and wonderful person.
He was a gentle man and we will all miss him
His loving smile and wit will be remembered by all who knew him. I know that he and my late husband Mile are up there enjoying their peace and spreading Optimism all around.

Was fortunate enough to know this great man who I respect greatly. His dedication to education, the community, and most of all his family was just the best. I will miss him as will so many. I know he is looking down on us with love.
