William "Bill" Cheney

Tom Kennedy and I served with Bill on the USS ATTU.. My memory is faulty these days and there is some difficulty in remembering interactions with Bill on the Attu.Nevertheless, I salute him as a comrade in arms and offer condolences to his survivors. We WWII types are slowly slipping away but look forward to reconnecting with each other on the Better side.

Our prayers are with the wonderful Cheney Family. We enjoyed our special times with Bill and will always remember his great smile and laugh. Rest in Peace our dear Friend and thank you for the fun memories.

To Mike & Anne Cheney, Joe & Sharon Cheney for making Bill's last moments as comfortable as possible. Although a brother, we became estranged after the passing of our mother and unfortunately never really reunited again.
