Brooksville, Florida William (Billy) R Fox Lifelong resident of Brown County, William (Billy) Roy Fox went home to be with our Lord on September 4, 2025. Billy was born on February 13, 1965 to loving parents Roland and Brenda Fox. Billy's cherished mother, Brenda proceeded him in death. Survivors include his father and best friend, Roland W. Fox, brother Sam Ritchie, daughters Jessika R. Fox and Kathren (KC) Fox, granddaughters Marnie and Millie, and devoted lifelong friend Claire. Bill loved the railroad and worked at Amtrak until his retirement in 2017. Bill was a hard worker who often worked additional jobs in the culinary industry. He was an amazing cook who was known far and wide for his biscuits and gravy. Mr. Fox was an avid sports fan who could be heard miles away cheering for his favorite sports teams. He was a dedicated fan of The Indianapolis Colts, Pacers, and anything related to Indiana University.

Bill was a motorcycle enthusiast who could been seen riding his Harley Davidson around Brown County. Bill's greatest source of pride and dedication was to his beautiful daughters, Jessika and KC. They; along with, his granddaughters were his world. When his girls were little, he would sing them to sleep with the song, "You are so Beautiful To Me." He loved sharing the Holidays with his children and never missed watching the classic Christmas shows with them. Bill's greatest desire was to see his girls and granddaughters happy.

Billy was a generous, loyal, fun-loving, kind, and spirited individual who will be missed greatly by family and friends.
