Bill was a great friend and a fine lawyer. My sincere condolences to all of you on this sad loss. I just heard the news today from one of our Phi Delt fraternity brothers.

Although our paths have not crossed in many years, the great memories I have of Billy as a special Phi Delta Theta brother and law school friend will live with me forever, and I know his family and community will cherish the memories of his contributions throughout his life.
