MY sympathy to the Michigan Coogans. I met Bill once or twice. The Pittsburgh branch have many of the same first names as the Michigan branch. We have a photo of 9 Mrs. Coogan's, some have passed, but we've got 3 replacements in recent years, William Quinn Coogan, Pittsburgh, Pa.

I had the pleasure of seeing Bill every second Tuesday of each month at our Retiree meetings. He was a great person to know I didn't get a chance to work with him but I felt like I have. He will truly be missed R.I.H. Bill

I will never forget miss Bill's laugh. I feel bad I haven't heard it in many years. He was truly one-of-a-kind. My thoughts are with Bill's family - especially my cousins: Mike & Ron. Please know Keith and I are thinking about you all. xxoo
