Kathy and the entire Coyne Clan. My best to all of you thru these sad times. Seated right next to Bill in our Senior year at Central Catholic I used to "peek" at his test's as he was really smart and I needed a little extra help. He was very generous in sharing! Later in life we would visit in DC during election years and Bill would invite some of his old schoolmates to share in his reelection successes. There were a lot!!! Good times and great memories of a great American. RIP.

To Kathy and the Coyne Family: My sincere sympathy. I was always proud to be represented by Bill Coyne. Years ago he came to talk to my journalism class at La Roche. He was always gracious and unassuming, and more concerned for his constituents than himself or his party affiliation.

Thanks, Bill, for your many years of service.

"Billy" Coyne was an outstanding man who lived by the principles he stood for. He was a good friend of my father, John Petrolias. I had the honor of serving as a staff aid intern in the Pittsburgh office for 2 summers. My parents and I are deeply saddened at the loss of a truly, one in a million, great man!
