DELOREY William Harold on May 15, 2011 at the age of 86. Loving husband and best friend of Mary E. George to whom he was married for 26 years. He was the husband of the late Hazel “Sis” (Magloin) Delorey. Father of Edward “Skip” Delorey of Carve. Grandfather of Erik Delorey and his wife, Kristina, of Wilmington and SGT Adam Delorey, Sr., U.S. Army, and his wife, Michelle, of Germany. Great Grandfather of Justin and Ella Delorey both of Wilmington and Adam Delorey, Jr. and Nathan Delorey both in Germany. Brother of Irene Woodford Padden of Holbrook and William Aucoin of Hull. Uncle of numerous nieces, nephews, extended family members and dear friends. Residence: Attleboro; formerly of Franklin and Quincy. Visitation with Veteran’s Honors on Thursday, May 19, 2011 from 8:30 A.M. to 10:15 A.M. in the “Memorial Chapel” of the Dyer-Lake Funeral Home the national historic Colonel Obed Robinson Home, 161 Commonwealth Avenue (exit 5 off I-95 N or S, go right at end of ramp, 3/4 mile on left), Village of Attleboro Falls, NORTH ATTLEBORO. Mass of Christian Burial at 11:00 A.M. at St. Theresa of the Child Jesus Church, Baltic Street, South Attleboro. Military honors will commence at the conclusion of the funeral Mass. Burial will be private in the Massachusetts National Cemetery, Bourne. Please omit flowers. Memorial donations in Bill’s name may be made to the Rev. Gordon N. Words can not describe the pain and loss I feel. I have always looked up to you and I Love you more than you could know. You were the Best Godfather ever and I was so lucky.
