Dear Gail and family:
I am so sorry for your loss. I worked with Bill in the early 1990's through Motor Village Group. He always had the ability to make me laugh regardless of the kind of day I was having and I will always remember him as being a very honest and sincere person - he was definitely the 'what you see is what you get' kind of guy and I really liked that quality about him.
