Peggy Grinstead Perez
May 17, 2009
To Bill's family, I am sorry for your loss. I didn't know Bill personally, but I am his cousin, Peggy Grinstead Perez. I am the daughter of Earl Grinstead. I knew and loved Uncle Bill (Grinstead II), and through him, I came to know a little about his children. I wish I knew Bill III better, along with his sister Pam. I meet Steven briefly when my father was sick so many years ago. Please know that my thoughts and prayers are with you all. I would love to get to know you. Family is so important, and it is never to late to try!

Bill came into my life 9 years ago when him and my mom got together. One thing that always rang true with him was his heart of gold. Bill always showed a great love for everyone around him, especially his grandchildren-they were truely his heart. He had a great struggle his last few years, and we are all sad to see him move on, but I know that somewhere he is watching us. Bill, we truely love you and will miss you forever because you really made an impression in all our hearts.

BILL WAS MY LOVE FOR 3,300 DAYS AND I WILL MISS HIM SOOO MUCH. I JUST KEEP THINKING THAT HE IS OUT OF HIS PAIN NOW AND THAT IS THE ONLY COMFORT THAT I HAVE IN HIS DEATH. I LOVE HIM DEEPLY AND WANT TO TELL THE WORLD HOW MUCH I HIM. DARLENE
