We will miss Bill's enthusiasm and lust for life. He brought energy to his miriad of interests: family and home, flying, business ventures, travel, cars, tennis, the piano, horse racing, skiing, hunting, his dogs and his parties and dare we say, Americans. Our condolences and best wishes go to all the family.
