I am saddened to hear of Bill's passing. I got to know Bill when he served on the Board of Governors of Southeast Regional College. I will remember Bill as a wonderful, kind and gentle man. When his term on the Board of Governors was complete, I looked forward to chatting with him at the different Art shows across the province. We updated each other on our family members and my husband and I would always purchase some of his precious note cards. My deepest sympathy to Chris and children. My heart goes out to each of you.

I am very sorry to hear of Bill's passing. He was a wonderful person to chat with and enjoyed seeing him at the lake. He will be missed at the park.

Hi,
I and my mother Carol Krieser were in the Regina Federation of Artists with Bill and we would like to express our condolences over his sudden passing. Both my mom and I found him to be so warm and kind and encouraging. He had a great talent and a friendly heart and he shared it and gave joy to those he touched. He was my first friend in the guild and I admired him greatly. His art was unique and beautiful and he left a contribution to the world that will live on for decades to come I am sure. He is in my prayers. May God bless you and comfort you in your time of mourning.
