Leas, William J. a resident of Los Angeles, passed away on Monday, Feb. 16, 2009. He was born on August 14, 1920 in Cottonwood, ID. Bill was a devoted member of St. Anastasia Catholic Church. He graduated from UC Berkely and worked for Hughes Tool Company, Hughes Helicopters, and McDonald Douglas in Culver City. Bill is survived by; daughter Norine Fuller of Arlington, Virginia, daughter Mary Ann Linesch of Manhattan Beach and son Bill (Sue) Leas of Huntington Beach; along with 4 grandchildren, Matthew Linesch, Paul Linesch, Jessica Leas and Joseph Leas. Surviving nephews & nieces are: Karen Derr, DMJ, Theresa Reilly, Barbara Wade, Larry Derr, Jim Leas, Mary Potocny and John Leas. Rosary and Mass of Christian Burial will be held Friday, February 20th at St. Anastasia Catholic Church, 7390 W. Manchester Avenue in Westchester at 10:30 AM. Graveside Services will be held Saturday, February 21st at 10:30 AM at Eternal Hills Memorial Park, 1999 El Camino Real, Oceanside, CA.
