William McBride Obituary

McBRIDE, WILLIAM E., age 83, of Orlando, passed away Tuesday, April 15, 2003. Born in Louisiana, Missouri, he settled in Orlando in 1963 following his retirement from the U.S. Air Force, Major McBride served in WWII, was a Command pilot and flew in the Berlin Airlift. He is survived by his wife, Muriel E. McBride; sons Robert, Gordon and Paul; daughters Marcia and Margaret; 10 grandchildren, two great-grandchildren; and his brother, Robert McBride. Funeral Services will be held Friday April 18, 2003, 10AM at Woodlawn Funeral Home with Rev. Ernest Post, Ocoee Oaks United Methodist Church officiating. Friends may call Thursday from 6-8PM at the funeral home. Arrangements by Woodlawn Funeral Home and Memorial Park (407) 293-1361.
