William Paino Obituary

William J. Paino, 95, passed away April 12, 2011. He was born October 23, 1915 in Fort Smith to Guy and Sylvia Porta Paino. He was retired from Gerber Products Company where he worked many years as a Chemist. Bill was a member of; Immaculate Conception Catholic Church, the Knights of Columbus, United Commercial Travelers, the Razorback Foundation, and he was past President of the Fort Smith Quarterback Club. He volunteered for many years for the Fort Smith Boys and Girls Club where coached various sports, and he was a baseball, football, and track star for St. Anne's Academy. Bill was a U.S, Army veteran serving in WWII.

He is survived by his sister; Louise Paino of Fort Smith, AR and several nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by siblings; Mildred Santoro and Vincent Paino.

Funeral Mass will be 10:00 A.M. Saturday, April 16, 2011 at Immaculate Conception Catholic Church with burial at Calvary Cemetery, all under the direction of Edwards Funeral Home.
