William Pearson Obituary
Lansing, MI
Born May 3, 1932, in Lansing, MI; died February 8, 2011 at the age of 78. He is survived by loving wife Ruth of 57 years; 3 daughters; 2 sons; 15 grandchildren; and 7 great-grandchildren. William worked for the Post Office for 32 years, retiring in 1991, and was also a charter member of Catholic Community of St. Jude. He enjoyed hunting, fishing, but most of all, spending time with his family. The Funeral Mass will be celebrated Friday, February 11, 2011 at 11:00 a.m. (with visitation 1 hour prior) at the Catholic Community of St. Jude, 801 N. Bridge Street, DeWitt, with Rev. Dwight M. Ezop as celebrant. The family will receive friends on Thursday, February 10, at the church, from 2-4 and 6-8 p.m. with the Rosary being prayed at 7:30 p.m. The family is being served by Gorsline Runciman Funeral Homes, DeWitt Chapel.
