To Bill's family and all of friends, I am truly sorry for your loss.
I'm saddened by this news and I wish that I was in St. John's with some of the old 514 crew to remember him together.
I'll remember him not just for his humour, but as a good soul, with a strong sense of self. Though passing away way to early, I take comfort in the fact that he was admired and loved by so many. As well that he had a loving wife and children with which to have shared his life.

To the Ryall family,
I knew Bill as an Air Cadet in our youth, he was always positive. His smile was warm and friendly.
Living in Stittsville now, I wish I had known he was here as well, it would have been nice to see him after so many years.
It is nice to know that he has a family and children who love him dearly.

Dear Holly and Family,
I was shocked to hear of Bill's passing. I worked with Bill as a contract worker for a number of years and really enjoyed his smile and friendly personality. He will be sadly missed. You are in my thoughts and in my prayers.

I was in Air Cadets with Bill and am truly saddened by his passing. I remember him to always have a smile and to be a wonderful person. I extend my deepest sympathy to his family and all who knew him and hope that there is some comfort in knowing he was cared for by so many people.

I met Bill in high school and got to know him much better in university.
Bill was extraordinary. A great soul, a gifted man, a brilliant friend, a true heart. He made my world a better place and left several gifts with me when we parted ways.

Like most people who worked with Bill, I was shocked when I learned of his passing. Life can be so fragile. This could have been anyone of us. Although I only worked briefly with Bill, I was always impressed with his professionalism and patience to explain the details.
