A friend of mine and I both remember taking a class that Mr. Shank taught around 1999 or so. He would often speak of "The Optimist Creed." He was a great professor and I'll never forget his positivity.

Bill was my first boss at revenue but he and my dad had worked together in St Louis in the1950's. My prayers are with you. Dad passed in 2016
