Bill was always available to respond on short notice to a request for shipping assistance. He was willing to listen to the story about why the service was needed and why it was (usually) on short notice. Professional, thorough and complete handling.

I worked with Bill when I was in customer service and needed help from the shipping department. He was always there and willing to help solve all my problems! He was a wonderful co-worker and a great person.
