My heartfelt condolences to Sandy, Jane, Ali and the family. I will miss the smile, humor and sweetness of my dear friend and neighbor, Bill. He was a man of integrity and kindness, and I loved him like a second dad. I am sure Bill is enjoying Heaven, and is probably playing fetch with some heavenly dogs! Love and prayers, Deb

Mrs. Stine, Jane & Jim, My thoughts and prayers are with you and your family. I know how difficult this is. I just lost my dad in April. Mr. Stine was a wonderful man. I have so many great memories of the time I spent in your home as a child. He will be greatly missed. Lori

Bill hired me as a high school junior in 1967 to work at Seminole bank. His direction and kindness to me as an employee has never been forgotten as I have tried o treat every employee of mine as he treated me. My condolences to his family.
