WILLIAM TARLO Obituary
On Saturday, November 4, 2017. Beloved and devoted husband of the late Charlene Tarlo; devoted father of H. Scott Tarlo (Debbie Lawrenzi) and Richard (Leslie) Tarlo, both of Pittsburgh; brother of Goldie (late Barry) Cohen; grandfather of Becca, Josh, and Madison; uncle of Meryl Hope Cohen. Mr. Tarlo was a proud alumni of the University of Pittsburgh. He was the former CFO at Management Science Associates, Inc. (MSA) and more recently a financial and estate consultant. Services at RALPH SCHUGAR CHAPEL, INC., 5509 Centre Avenue, Shadyside, on Tuesday at 2 p.m. Visitation one hour prior to services (1-2 p.m.). Interment Beth Shalom Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to the American Cancer Society, 320 Bilmar Drive, Pittsburgh, PA 15205. www.schugar.com.

I am sorry to learn of bill's passing. We grew up together on Mellon Street in the East End about sixty years ago. About 30 years ago when I bought my home I learned he and his wife lived a few doors away
