WILLIE CARTER Jr. Obituary
Willie Calhoun "Billy" Carter was born to Willie Calhoun Carter Sr. and Emma Dillworth Carter on November 2, 1949 in Taylor TX. He attended public schools in Bartlett and graduated from Bartlett High School.
He worked for the City of Bartlett more than 20 yrs.
Willie departed this life on April 2, 2019 after a short battle with lung cancer.
He was preceded in death by his parents Willie and Emma Carter, his brother Ira Carter, and 2 sons Willie Calhoun Carter III "Trina" and Michael Carter.
He leaves to cherish his memories three daughters, and three sons, Carolyn Hubbard, Wanda Smith, both of Fort Worth, Texas, Victoria Hughes(Lamont) of Georgetown, Texas Dion Marion(Michelle) of Gilbert, Arizona, Anthony Carter(Marette) of McKinney, Texas, and Mitchell Bales(Brenda) of The Philippines One sister, Demetra Taylor of Temple, Texas. Nine grandchildren, Asia Marion, Anthony Smith Jr. Kristopher Smith, Victoria Shrum, Alijah Carter, Myles Carter, Nova Carter, Braylon Bales and Khurt Chavez . Three nieces, Deborah Spears, Tabatha Strickland ,Marilyn Clark, and a host of relatives and friends.
