Don't grieve for me, for now I'm free
To follow the path God made for me.
I took His hand when I heard Him call.
I turned my back and left it all.
I could not stay another day,
To love, to laugh, to work or play.
Tasks left undone must stay that way,
For I found peace at last, that day.
If my parting has left a void,
Then fill it with remembering joy.
A friendship shared, a laugh, a kiss,
Oh yes, these things I too will miss.
Be not burdened with hearts of sorrow.
My wish for you is the hope of tomorrow.
My life's been full, I've savored much,
Good friends, good times,
a loved one's touch.
Perhaps my time seemed much too brief,
Don't lengthen it now with undue grief.
Lift up your heart and share with me,
God wants me now --- He's set me free.

She was the head girl of our school St. Francis Convent, Kota Kinabalu, Malaysia. A very helpful and kind person. She will be missed dearly.

I met Wing at our life group a few years ago with Pastor Karen, she was a very positive person, always kind and smiley whenever I saw her and regardless of what she was going through. Always came into our life group strong in faith, happy and joyful. We will miss you, Wing.

I met Wing at Tai Chi five years ago. I noticed her bubbly personality right away. Wing was very passionate about many things, including food, reading, movies (especially Harry Potter), British TV shows since they had no commercials, volunteering at the Wilderness Committee, going to Church and attending Farm Folk/City Folk Society Feast of Fields event. Wing loved going to T&T and Osaka supermarket in West Vancouver. She also liked volunteering at the Vancouver Film Festival and Eat Vancouver. She also like going to Street Festivals and the PNE. Wing also had a very adventurous spirit and enjoyed trying new foods and going travelling. Wing always talked fondly of her friends and family and always greeted everyone with a booming "Hello". Wing was a very good listener and was very positive. She took time to answer every email even when no reply was sometimes necessary. We enjoyed many wonderful meals together, movies, etc. and talking on the phone. I shall miss Wing very much.

I met Wing many years ago at Tai Chi. She was very generous and friendly to everyone and brought snacks for everyone every week. She was very thoughtful and would phone to remind me of any special Tai Chi or other events going on. She was a very nice lady.

Wing was in my Taoist Tai Chi class for several years. As she got stronger she joined in other Tai Chi classes at our Fung Loy Kok Institute of Taoism and became an active volunteer at our club. She had smiles for everyone, brought treats and was helpful to all around her. We will miss her a lot. Polly Bak (Vancouver, BC)

I met Wing at Tai Chi quite a few years ago and we often enjoyed dinner after class. She'll be remembered for her ever-ready smile, happpy-go-lucky personality and positive outlook on life.

I met Wing through our mutual friend, Marjorie. Wing joined us and others for dinner on a few occasions. Although it was a brief friendship for us I enjoyed her company and what stood out the most was her engaging smile! I would like to extend my deepest sympathy to all her loved ones.

Met Wing at Coastal Church, Vancouver. She would usually attend the 11 am sunday services and likes sitting in the Alberni side. She always had a smile and hello for me. She enjoyed many of the emails I sent and she even forwarded them to her friends. It is only through one of her online friends or relative that I discovered her passing. My condolences to her family here and in Malaysia.

Wing was always joyful and hopeful. She had an adventurous spirit and trusted Jesus for everything. I remember her doing trips to Europe to bike across and her enthusiasm to help her friends. We used to meet as part of our church life group, and it was great to get her view on Jesus' work in her life. We will miss her dearly until we meet again in heaven with Jesus.
