Wyatt was the most wonderful person I've ever met, no matter what he was going through he always did the best that he could to make everyone around him smile. He made my time in Wilmington bearable and he helped me through a lot of difficult times. He made a forever lasting impact upon my life that I will never forget.

Hello, I did not know Wyatt personally but he did have many friends at one of our Planet Fitness gyms so I wanted to share to you what a team member said of him:

"I just want to take a moment and say a few things. I know all of you know about the passing of our friend Wyatt. I have been staring at this email thinking of what to say and how to word things. There are many things I can say about him... I can talk about the hard working man he was. Wyatt was such a hard worker, always ready and willing to pick up shifts left and right. If there was anything that needed to be done, he was first to step up to the plate. Tours, sign ups, info calls, cleaning, you name it, he was always ready to take the challenge with a smile. Or I can talk about the joker he was. Wyatt loved to laugh no matter what was going on at work if anyone of us was having a bad day he would find some way to make us smile. I can think of many shifts I shared with him that we just joked around and laughed as we cleaned. I can go on and on about how he was a hard worker and someone who loved to laugh.. or i can tell you more about our friend. In the few months we got to know Wyatt he became more than just a team member. He became a true friend. One that was always willing to talk, if we needed anything, he was there for us. He was always ready to make us smile and laugh. Wyatt had a great big heart and was a caring person who wanted to do nothing but make his friends smile and have a good time. He was working very hard to get back in shape. I remember how he would tell us all about his new diet and what workout he was doing. He would always have his organizer next too him with his calendar jotting things down to stay motivated. Wyatt was a great friend but he was more then just a friend to us. He was FAMILY. It will never be the same without him here and we are all grateful for the memories we got to create with him All the smiles and laughs we shared. We all miss him each and everyday. We can all hope that we can all be as great as a man he was so one day we can join him and see him again. Wyatt, we love you and we miss you and we will see you down the road my friend. God bless!"

I am also attaching a picture so that you may see the great friends he made along the way. Our heart goes out to your family.

Wyatt was a good friend to my son and he is shocked and deeply saddened. Some of the most positive comments and normal conversations we've had this year usually involved a Wyatt story. My family's hearts are heavy and our thoughts and prayers are with your family.

I am heartbroken at Wyatt's passing. I knew him when in Wilmington and he was one precious, positive, loving young man. When his parents visited at the same time my husband visited, I had to run to you to introduce myself and to tell you how much everyone--especially me--loved him.

I grieve for you and I am so glad that Wyatt obviously knew The Lord.

He has joined my parents & many other wonderful relatives now in Heaven and singing His praises.

We hope to see you in person at the visitation Thursday, but we just got the info, and it will be hard to get down there.

With deepest condolences,
Susan W.
