Wynelle lovingly known as Nelle lived most of her life in Cordele, GA where she worked as an RN until she retired at the age of 76. More recently her health forced her to move to Inverness, FL to be with her daughter. On March 31, 2025 she rose into the arms of Jesus peacefully under the care of VITAS in Lecanto, FL. Nelle was born in Vienna, GA on January 6, 1933 to the late Luther Hall and Willie Lee (Irvin) Hall. She is survived by her daughter Debra (Robert) Kline, Inverness, FL, daughter-in-law Cynthia Cox, Hickory, NC, granddaughter Kim (James) McConnell, Panama City, FL, granddaughter Charlene Cox, Hickory, NC, granddaughter Ashley Kline, Citrus Springs, FL, several great-grandchildren, and one great-great-granddaughter.

Dear Deb and family,
I have missed Nelle since she moved to FL. We go way back as neighbors. Nelle, Bonnie, and I worked at S.H. Leggitt's together. We worked on an assembly line making the regulators for bottled gas.
Then I remember her as an RN at a nursing home where my daughter-in-law's grandparents were. She always greeted us with her beautiful smile.
After she retired,we spent lots of time just talking to each other on the phone. As we would say, those were the good old days. Thank you for sharing her obituary with me.I know God has blessed you for your kindness and caring heart in looking after her during her last few years. With love and prayers, your old friend, Katie Phelps
