Xuan Mai Luu Obituary
To many, Xuan Mai Dinh Luu was a pillar of strength, joy, and boundless love. Known affectionately as "Be Map Xuan Mai", she departed peacefully from this world on August 10, 2023, in Honolulu, Hawaii.
Born in the vibrant city of Go Cong, Vietnam in 1958, Xuan Mai's life was a tapestry of vivid memories, marked by her undeniable warmth. Her laughter was contagious, and her stories of life never ceased to captivate. Admired for how she embraced every moment, she found joy in the simplest pleasures.
She was the heartbeat of her family: the devoted wife to Minh Duc Luu, the guiding star for her daughters Ashley, Alexis, and Alyssa, and the world's greatest grandmother to Lucien, Cassian, and Jasmine. Her legacy isn't just in the family she raised, but in the lessons she imparted and the love she freely gave.
As we prepare to bid farewell, we invite all who knew and loved Xuan Mai to join us in celebrating her luminous journey:
