Family was her highest priority and source of joy. She wanted a better life for her children and grandchildren. Yolanda lived a life of sacrifices and hard work to make this happen. She loved to cook for her family. She took great pride in her grandchildren and diligently prayed for their health and wellbeing.

Our mother loved to travel. Her adventures took her all over western Europe and parts of eastern Europe. She also visited Beijing prior to the Olympics.

Her favorite charity was St Jude Children's Research Hospital. She always had a heart for children in need.
