Dear Brock Family: I was so sad to read of your dear Mother's passing. My Mother, Florence (Steffie) Simpson was also a resident at The Studley Home and your Mother was the first person to welcome her on her first day. She befriended my Mom and was so kind and friendly. You could find them sitting on "the bench" in the hallway or singing together in the Great Room. They would dine together, as well. She always spoke so highly of her family as she would hold up her fingers and name you all! May she rest in peace and I hope she and my Mom are singing together in heaven.

Dear Jim and Mike and the entire Brock family,
I am so sad to hear of your Mom’s passing. I have known her almost my whole life! Music brought us together and played a huge part in our friendship. I remember the station wagon packed with “Brock kids” passing our house, heading for Saint Mary School or Church. Recently, I have thought of her every time I passed the Studley Home—she was so lucky to be able to spend her last years there!
I know that you all have many happy memories to get you through this sad time, plus you have each other!! I know that I will never forget her!
Love,
Joanne Gray
