Zachary Todd Glover

Zachary Todd Glover, 38, passed away after courageous, 20 month battle with cancer on August 18, 2024.

He was born on December 3, 1985 to John Todd Glover and Clare Newton Bez in Lexington Ky then moved to Ga when he was 4 yrs old. He attended Shiloh High School, Class of 2004. He then went to Asbury University class of 2008, where he graduated with a degree in Communications.

Zac spent 10 years as a successful sports broadcaster, a career that took him from Toccoa, Ga to Great Falls, Montana to Hagerstown, Maryland to Roanoke, Virginia, and many sports fields and gymnasiums in between.

After that, he and his wife moved back to Ky, when he decided to become a financial advisor.

Zac was an avid UK Wildcat fan. You only had to know him for a brief moment to know this about him. He loved going to the games as well as traveling, playing poker and tennis.

Zac was one of those people that never met a stranger and the minute you met him, you were going to be a friend for life. He was always very loving and devoted to his family and his friends.

He is survived by his wife Sarah Glover, his mother Clare Bez, his sister Krista Glover, his uncle Bill Glover, and his aunts Paige Cox (Steve), Julia Simms (David), and Lynndy Baldridge (Bobby) as well as a host of extended family and friends who all loved him dearly and will miss him forever. He was predeceased by his father John T Glover, and his maternal and paternal grandparents.

There will be 2 separate Celebration of Life services. One in Lexington Ky on Aug 31 (time and location TBA), the other will be : Sunday September 8 at 2pm at New Life Praise Center 8111 Brown Bridge Road, Covington Georgia 30014.
