Zachary Duane Hendricks

The funeral for Zachary Duane Hendricks, 28, of Nashville, will be at 3 p.m. Saturday at Limestone Chapel Funeral Home with Rob Phraner officiating.Visitation will be from 1 to 3 p.m. Saturday at the funeral home.Mr. Hendricks died Sept. 29, 2008, in Nashua, N.H.Mr. Hendricks was a paint contractor for J and W Painting Co. He loved to play soccer and was in the Cub Scouts when he was young and loved to sing the National Anthem and “This Little Light of Mine.” He also had a great love of animals and often said that his daughter, Zoe, was the best thing that ever happened to him. His zeal for life was admired by his family and friends. He was courageous and had deep love for his family and friends. He was preceded in death by his beloved grandmother, Marjorie Eastup, and grandfather, Charles Eastup.Survivors include his father, Duane Hendricks of Oklahoma; his mother, Linda Eastup of Nashville; his stepfather, William McIntyre of Nashville; his daughter, Zoe Danielle Hendricks, 6, of Nashua, N.H.; a brother, Christopher Mortin and wife Gloria of Fayetteville, Ark.; a sister, Monica Moon and husband Bryan of Athens; a niece, Mariah Mortin; four nephews, Anthony Mortin, Tate Mortin, Seth Moon and Jake Moon; and his girlfriend Jennifer Sennett and her daughter Gracie.
