Zachary Weinroth

Zachary Weinroth, 40, passed away suddenly on July 4, 2024, in Bakersfield, California due to a cardiac event. Born on January 30, 1984, in Los Angeles, California, Zach was a beloved fiance, son, brother, uncle, and friend whose presence brought warmth and light to all who knew him.

Zach was raised in the San Fernando Valley by his parents, Paul and Keiren Weinroth. He shared a close bond with his older brother, Brenden, and formed lifelong friendships with many. His mother's passing in 2006 was a profound loss for Zach and his family, but he carried her memory with him throughout his life.

Zach had an innate ability to make those around him feel safe, heard, and unconditionally cared for. His friendly spirit and kind heart made him the most loved person in any room. He was strong and fair yet lighthearted, bringing hope even in the darkest moments. His deep love for his family and friends was evident in the way he supported them through every challenge.

For nearly twelve years, Zach shared his life with his fiancé, Lindsay Cauble. Their journey together began as a friendship in their teenage years. They had recently purchased their first home and were looking forward to marriage and starting a family. They hoped to grow old together. "I love you more than anything." Were the last words they shared to each other.

Professionally, Zach was employed by Los Angeles City, where he had built a promising career. He had recently earned a promotion and was working toward a Supervisor position. His dedication and work ethic were a source of immense pride for his father, Paul. To Zach, his colleagues were more than just coworkers-they were family. He was deeply respected and cherished by all who worked alongside him.

Zach is survived by his fiancé Lindsay Cauble; his father Paul Weinroth; his brother Brenden Weinroth and sister-in-law Megan; his nephews Sullivan and Huxley; his grandmother Carolyn Scott; his aunt Erin Gaffney; his uncle Leon Weinroth and aunt Martha; his brother-in-law Christian Cauble and sister-in-law Jenny Cauble; his nephew Cole and niece Kennedi; his sister-in-law Tawny Thompson and brother-in-law John Thompson; his niece Audrey; and his in-laws Rick and Jackie Cauble.

He was preceded in death by his mother Keiren Weinroth; his uncle Sean Gaffney; his grandfather Marv Scott; his great-grandmother Ethel; and his paternal grandmother Joana.

Zach's sudden passing has left an immeasurable void in the lives of those who loved him. His kindness, strength, and unwavering love will forever be remembered. May his memory bring comfort to all who had the privilege of knowing him.
