Zackary Michael Humphrey, 31, of Elyria Ohio, passed away on July 5th 2025, leaving behind a legacy of love, laughter, and unforgettable memories. He had a warm spirit and heart full of generosity.

Zackary was more than just a father, a brother, a son, or a friend-he was a fighter. He worked hard, loved deeply, and did the best he could with the cards he was dealt. His hands were often tired from labor, but they were always open for his family, always ready to help, to hold, or to guide.

Zack was known for his strength, determination, ambition, unmatched work ethic and unwavering dedication to his family. No matter what life brought his way, he always gave his best.

His greatest pride was in being a father to Amiyah, Zackary II, and Maliyah- his greatest joys in life. Zackary's love for his children ran deep, and though he faced struggles, that love never wavered. He carried a quiet strength and a deep loyalty to those he cared for.

Zack is survived by his 3 beloved children, who were the light of his life. He is also lovingly remembered by his longtime companion and the mother of his children. Zackary is deeply mourned by his loving mother, his father, his two brothers, and two sisters. He was also a proud uncle to three nephews and one niece.

Zack will also be missed by a host of extended family and friends who held him close to their hearts.

A public viewing will be held for all friends and family to come pay their respects on Thursday, July 10, 2025, at nine a.m. at Laubenthal-Mercado Funeral Home, Inc., 38475 Chestnut Ridge Road, Elyria, OH 44035. A private service will follow, reserved for close loved ones. The family deeply appreciates the outpouring of love and support during this difficult time and asks for continued prayers as they honor Zack's life and memory.
