1984 - 2015

Chelsea Anne Kline, age 31, of Kalkaska, Mich., passed away on Dec. 29, 2015.

Chelsea was a loving and devoted mother to her two children, Warren Michael Hanson and Eleanor Darlene Hanson, both at home. She was born on Jan. 18, 1984, in Fort Myers, Fla., to Darlene (Myron) Voigt of Mesa, Ariz., and Edward ""Rip"" Kline and (Juanita) ""Nita"" Clark of Kalkaska, Mich.

Chelsea had a smile that could brighten your life. Her laughter was contagious; her children were her heart's desire. She was a loyal friend, an artist, an advocate for children and a friend to all. Her bright eyes were always open; she saw the beauty in everything. Chelsea was truly a gift from God.

Surviving Chelsea, besides her two children, Warren and Eleanor, and their father, Jordan Michael Hanson, are her parents, siblings, Lisa Kay Kline of Washington, Mich.; Randy Matthew Kline of Mesa, Ariz., Katherine Voigt, Sara Saiz Voigt and Hannah Voigt of Chandler, Ariz., grandparents, Duane Potes Sr. of Adrian, Mary Lou Clark and Thomas Clark of Kalkaska, Mich.; nieces and nephews, Andrew Kline, Tyler Koenig and Betty Koenig, and Matthew Kline; great-nephew, Jaxon Kline; and several aunts, uncles and cousins.

Chelsea was preceded in death by her grandparents, Betty Ruth Potes, Edward Amos and Joyce E. Kline and Elroy and Gladys Voigt.

Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. Tuesday, Jan. 5, 2016, at Anderson Funeral Home, Adrian, with her sister, Lisa Kline officiating. Visitation will be from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. Monday, Jan. 4, 2016, at the Anderson Funeral Home, Adrian. Cremation will follow the service.
