Lila Teeter Obituary
Lila was born June 10, 1933, in Thayer, Mo., to Arthur and Marie Komm. They moved to Michigan when Lila was 3 years old. She married William Teeter on June 12, 1953, and resided with him in Manitou Beach until his passing on April 25, 1994.
She is survived by four children, Denis (Karen) Teeter of Fenwick, Donald (Yolanda) Teeter of Natalia, Texas, Drew (Jennifer) Teeter of Wickliffe, Ohio, and Londa (David) Boerema of Hastings. She is also survived by her sister, Irene Smith of Oceanside, Calif. Lila was blessed with six grandchildren, Michael (Julia) Teeter, Keturah (John) Bostrom, Lindsay Teeter, Donovan (Brenda) Teeter, Sadie Boerema and Dana Boerema, and stepgrandchildren, Monica (Rene) and Yvonne (Travis). She also had five great-grandchildren, Jared Baxter, Elizabeth Baxter, Brett Bostrom, Arya Bostrom and Tawney Teeter; stepgreat-grandchildren, Danielle, Christopher, Brooklyn and Kenedy.
There will be a memorial service at 3 p.m. Saturday, March 16, at the Kingdom Hall of Jehovah's Witnesses, 915 Industrial Park Drive, Greenville.

I hope that those who had a granny like mine who is sweet, funny, pretty,and the most brave person I ever had.I remember when she was leaving to another state I did not want you to go but when you wanted to see your family I did not want to feel sad and not see your family because family is everything just like the bible says show affection to another so I want to do that for you because if I ever felt like I had to see my family I know you will support me so I supported you see you in paradise granny

I miss you Granny so much I wish that I could have seen you in person before you have died. when i see you in paradise, I will hug you for a long time because is missed you so much and tell all that has happened and the things that we did as a family and we can walk on the beach and pick up sea shells together. I love you.
