Lisa Witte Obituary
Born on April 25th, 1968, in Mankato MN. She graduated from St Peter High School in 1986. Lisa was united in Marriage to Douglas Witte on October 28, 1995. Lisa was last employed as an office manager for Dr. Karl Haemig in Le Sueur, MN. Lisa enjoyed spending time with her family and friends and loved taking trips to the Indy 500 with the Witte family for many years. She was known for taking her nieces and nephews on several trips and to concerts. Lisa enjoyed road trips to WI with friends from St. Peter.
Shortly after being diagnosed with cancer, Lisa moved to Hancock Michigan to spend time with her daughter Taylor, Cooper and grandson Wesley. Lisa was known for her infectious smile, loud laugh and a great box of wine.
Lisa is survived by her daughter Taylor Witte (Cooper Wolak), Grandson Wesley, Mother Janet (Dwain) Wilmes, Siblings Kimberly Green, Todd (Shane) Wilmes, Keith Westphal, Laurie Sickler, Jodi (Carter) Lehrke, Missy (Andy) Daschner, Brother in-law Dave (Linda) Witte, Sister in-law Stacy Witte. Many Nieces, Nephews, Aunts, Uncles, Cousins and many friends.
Proceeded in death by Husband, Doug Witte, Father Roger Westphal, Brother In-Law Dan Witte, Father in-law Alden Witte, Mother in-law Dallas Witte, and Grandparents.
The family will host a Celebration of Life March 9th, 2025, at 11:00am Kasota Community Center. A short service will be held at 11:30am to honor our memories of Lisa. Followed by open-house Luncheon until 3:00pm. For those who cannot attend the Luncheon we will continue the Celebration at the Embassy Bar and Grill in St Peter.
