BERNICE DRAMANI
LIMA — Mrs. Bernice Dramani, age 75, went home to be with the Lord on Friday, August 19, 2016 at approximately 9:20 a.m. at Dr. P. Phillips Hospital in Orlando, Florida.
She was born on August 22, 1940 in Lima, Ohio to Alfred P. Conyers, Sr., and Ruth Wyatt; both parents preceded her in death.
She was united in holy matrimony to Mr. Ahmed Dramani who survives in Orlando, FL.
Mrs. Dramani was a graduate of Lima Central High School. After graduation she moved to New York where she was employed at United Telephone. She pursued a teaching degree and eventually became a Drug Addiction Counselor. After retirement she did what she enjoyed the most, taking care of people, especially children.
Besides her loving husband Ahmed, she leaves to cherish her precious memory a son; Kahlil Woodley (Amoy Pitters) of Hackensack, New, Jersey. 7 grandchildren and 8 great-grandchildren. A brother; Bobby Conyers (Etta) of Cincinnati, Ohio. 2 sisters; Irma Jean Ivey of Auburn Hills, Michigan and Cassandra "Penny" Conyers Thompson (Bobby) of Lima.
She was preceded in death by 2 brothers; Alfred Conyers, Jr. and John Conyers. A sister; Betty Jackson and grandparents; Albert Conyers and Mattie Ruth Knox.
Services will be held on Monday, August 29, 2016 at 1:00 p.m. at Shiloh Missionary Baptist Church with Rev. Cleven Jones, officiating.
Interment at Woodlawn Cemetery
